Acceptance

By using DriftHalt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

DriftHalt provides server monitoring infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Do not rely on DriftHalt as your sole monitoring solution for critical infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the servers you monitor and the data they report
• You must only install the agent on servers you own or have permission to monitor
• You must keep your API key secure and rotate it if compromised
• Free tier is limited to 2 servers. Adding more requires a Pro subscription.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds for partial periods.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
